Pedal to the Metal -- At Suzuka Circuit

At long last -- finally -- another Japan adventure. How long has it been since the last adventure?

Last Saturday -- we went here:

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Suzuka International Racing Course (Suzuka Circuit for short) was a host of the Formula One Fuji Television Japanese Grand Prix, and is one of the oldest and most-famous motorsport race tracks in Japan. It is located in Suzuka City in Mie Prefecture and is owned by Honda Motor Co., Ltd..

I've always wanted to see an F1 race -- unfortunately -- if it wasn't for the move of this year's F1 Grand Prix to Fuji Speedway -- I would have seen one. And to think that I came at the right time!

Nevertheless, I still saw some kind of race (probably just practice) of some other type of car -- not F1 though -- I think. Here:

These are probably F3 cars -- not entirely sure. It's just nice to hear the roaring sound of the engines these babies carry! Wow! Another first time moment.

There were your basic amusement park rides --

The Ferries Wheel.

The Space Shot.

The Black Out.

(On the Black Out) That's me with the black shoes with a white sort of stripe.

Abundant on this amusement park were the Go-Kart Rides! Weee!

I pushed the pedal to the metal -- but to know avail -- still ended up 2nd place. I vow I will get my revenge and win the next Grand Prix!

The next Grand Prix -- right at the very tracks of Suzuka Circuit!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I am currently placed at 4th! I swore to myself that I would win!

At the last corner of the very last lap -- a heroic steal from the inside made me ---

a WINNER! Revenge is mine!!!

(The crowd went wild -- and the champagne bottles popped!)

What a day that was -- I swear it was almost 250 degrees on that day! Literally! It was freaking hot! It was a hella fun though. I had so much fun that my migrane struck and left me looking like this --

Stressed out and knocked out. I looked like I lost a bucket of money because of playing Black Jack here. Poor boy!

C ya again for the next adventure.
