I just learned that a high school batch mate -- and a good friend -- was shot -- and ultimately, who died because of the 2 shots through his chest. This is such a tragedy. It's a very very sad news.
I last saw him about 5 months ago in Cebu. He was strolling with this girlfriend at Asiatown I.T Park -- and I was on my way home. We met and talked for a while. I can't remember what we talked about but it was mostly about work and stuff. After a few minutes, we went on our separate ways.
Next thing I knew -- he's dead.
It really tells us something that life is indeed God given -- and it can be taken away just like that.
