You know how snatchers sneak up on a victim -- patiently waiting for that perfect time. The perfect moment for that perfect snatch. Well, like this guy for example, he waited and waited -- maybe up from the 68th floor down the ground and maybe back up again -- awaiting the perfect victim to compliment his perfect snatch. And then, this happens to him...
