Garbage!

I really wondered why some landlords here in Japan do not accept foreigners to live in their apartments (or mansions, as it is called here). I think I get the feeling that I might know why. Hear me out...

I am currently living in a foreigner-friendly apartment, and with a number of foreign neighbors as well. Unfortunately, right outside my doors is the designated garbage disposal place for burnable refuse. And every Monday and Thursday are the only days scheduled to allow everybody living in the entire mansion to throw their garbage. In addition, these burnable garbage must be place in a color-coded garbage bag.

It's not that hard, right? Burnable garbage in a red bag. Throw every Monday and Thursday. How hard can that be? Apparently still there are idiots living within these quarters. I can't really tell whether the prick is color-blind or just plain stupid. Because sometimes, the dumbass puts his/her garbage in plastic other than red, and sometimes, the retarded puts her non-burnable garbage in a red garbage bag. Huh?! C'mon! Could you be at least just plain stupid or just plain color-blind? If you're both, then may God have mercy on your soul.

I'm forging up a sign to at least let the bastard know that .... he is being a stupid-ass butt crack.
