Better than Halloween

What do we look forward to at every end of October? Many would say Halloween -- for their own personal reasons -- maybe they look forward to going at the roof of their apartment waiting for that special someone dressed as a witch's hat just to get her/his number. But, I'm going to tell you something much better that happens not only on the end of October but on the end of November as well.

Have you heard of St. Augustine shopping? On the last Saturdays of October -- October 27th and November -- November 24th, in the Nation's Oldest City, an unique antique shopping opportunity awaits. Seeing all this antique stuff all around is simply amazing, and knowing their specific backgrounds is just too exciting. You can also go around searching for that rare book that you have searching for nearly all your life at this place. Give yourself a big break while looking at the spectacular sights and scenes through train tours. Aside from this, and this is my personal favorite, the streets become lively with the street music all around. All the more makes up for the festive atmosphere.

Other than that, there is also the favorite-end-of-the-month event, Uptown Saturday Night, which takes place only between 5:00pm to 9:00pm in the month's of October and November. What I would really want to see here is Ripley's Museum. I would like to see all those amazing array of things that are simply unbelievable.

What do you think? You don't have to dress up for this event. Better yet -- dress up and come to this event -- and still celebrate Halloween afterwards.
