Hotel Booking

I was just booking a hotel for my wife as she comes here. I can't believe that there are hotel staff who, when receiving a potential client on the phone, do not give you that pleasing personality stuff.

I wonder as I fulfill those dream vacation places and find myself in the position of doing the hotel reservation -- would the experience be slightly the same? For instance, booking hotels in Barcelona perhaps -- would I hear a pleasing and angelic voice or a rather rigid one and heavily hang up the phone just because I don't speak Spanish or Catalan?

I think it wouldn't be a problem booking hotels in New York because I have a relative there -- a cousin. She can do the booking for me and all I need to do is check in. I'd love to visit New York especially during Christmas and New Year. I hope she books me at New York Palace Hotel -- this is definitely a long shot.

I wonder how it is like to stay in a hotel in Rome? As they say, staying at a Rome hotel is like enjoying the city's richness in art like a huge open art gallery. This is certainly be hysteria for art lovers.

Overall, I still find it convenient to book online -- but -- it lacks that feeling of assurance sometimes. But, what really matters is the vacation -- and there is really nothing you can do but enjoy.
